These Terms govern access to Hesta Studio and the purchase, automated production, review and use of Hesta Studio property videos and related marketing campaign assets.

By creating an account, submitting a property campaign, purchasing a service or using Hesta Studio, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use Hesta Studio for a company or property owner, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization.
Hesta Studio provides an automated property-marketing workflow that creates videos and related marketing campaign assets from customer-supplied property information, photographs, brand materials and approved creative direction. Features may include property intake, listing-data assistance, location context, editable story planning, music selection, automated production, quality checks, customer review, revision, delivery, refund evaluation and multi-property portfolio management.
You must provide accurate account information, including your name, email address and phone number. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials confidential. Notify Hesta Studio promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Prices are stated in U.S. dollars unless the checkout states otherwise. The standard single-property packages are Starter at US$300 for up to 60 seconds, Growth at US$500 for up to two minutes and Signature at US$600 for up to three minutes or the stated main-video and social-cut combination.
Requests beyond the selected package require an upgrade. Runtime beyond three minutes is US$100 for each additional 30 seconds, up to a standard maximum of five minutes. Videos longer than five minutes require a custom quote.
Applicable taxes, payment-processor charges and approved add-ons may be added at checkout. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment processor and are not stored by Hesta Studio.
You retain ownership of the property photographs, logos, text and other materials you submit. You grant Hesta Studio a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, modify and combine those materials as necessary to provide, secure, support and deliver the purchased service.
Standard uploads are still property photographs, not existing video clips. Hesta Studio may crop, resize, reframe, animate or otherwise adapt approved still images to meet selected output formats and production-provider technical requirements.
You represent that you own the submitted materials or have all permissions and sublicensing rights needed to use them and authorize Hesta Studio to process them. You must not submit content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy, publicity or other rights.
Do not upload images containing people, private documents, licence plates, access codes, security information or other personal information unless you have the required authority and consent.
A listing URL may be used to assist with drafting a property profile, but listing-platform information is not treated as final production evidence. Before production begins, you must review and confirm the property type, accommodation capacity, bedrooms, beds, bathrooms, amenities, views, accessibility information, location relationship, distances and other factual claims shown in your workspace.
Descriptions such as beachfront, near the beach, walkable to the beach, private pool, water view and similar claims have distinct meanings and must be confirmed accurately. Where a distance is used, you must confirm the stated measurement. Hesta Studio may prevent production when property facts conflict or required information is incomplete.
You must also review and edit the draft property story, select an available music direction, confirm that the supplied media belongs to and accurately represents the property, and expressly approve the final pre-production brief. Production begins only after the required approvals are recorded.
Your approved property profile and story become the production source of truth. You remain responsible for the accuracy of property names, addresses, amenities, descriptions, distances, booking links, contact information and other customer-confirmed claims.
Hesta Studio determines the primary creative flow, including image order, pacing, transitions, scene duration, narrative structure and the selection of images that best support each section, subject to the customer-approved property profile and story.
Before production, Hesta Studio may recommend a limited selection of licensed music options based on the property profile and approved story. Your selected music direction becomes part of the approved production brief. Availability may change because of licensing, provider or technical restrictions, in which case the system may provide replacement options before production continues.
You may identify a clear sequencing or factual-accuracy problem during review, but the service does not include a complete customer-directed redesign or unlimited editing unless separately purchased in writing.
One focused revision round is included for a material factual correction, text-overlay error, logo or contact-detail correction, unsuitable image, music problem, or clear sequencing or production issue that was not reasonably identifiable during the pre-production approval process.
The included revision does not cover a customer-confirmed fact that was supplied incorrectly, a complete reordering, a new creative direction, replacement of most supplied images, repeated revision rounds, alternate edits, additional formats or rebuilding a video after approval. Additional work may require a separate fee.
Hesta Studio uses automated and AI-assisted methods to organize information, create production instructions, generate video, conduct quality checks and prepare marketing campaign assets. Automated outputs may contain errors, omissions, unsuitable creative choices or technical failures.
Hesta Studio will not intentionally invent property features. The system is designed to use the customer-approved profile, story and supplied property media as evidence. You must review the preview and confirm factual accuracy, sequencing, overlays, music, branding and location claims before final approval or publication.
Final approval confirms that you reviewed and accepted the output and assume responsibility for its subsequent publication and use.
Production normally proceeds automatically after payment and pre-production approval. Delivery timing depends on project scope, asset quality, processing-provider availability, automated quality checks and any approved revision.
If a render attempt fails, the system may diagnose the failure and retry automatically. After three unsuccessful automated render attempts, the project will be placed on technical hold. The customer will be notified that production is on hold, and a technical notice will be sent to admin@hestastudio.com.
Hesta Studio will provide the customer with an initial next-steps update by the end of the next business day. While the technical hold remains active, the system will send progress updates approximately every 12 hours unless the issue is resolved sooner. Updates may state that diagnosis or recovery remains in progress and do not guarantee completion within a specific update period.
Hesta Studio may use up to 10 business days from the start of a qualifying technical hold to diagnose, retry, repair, replace a provider or otherwise recover production before an unresolved-technical-failure refund becomes eligible. A project is complete when the final output is delivered or made available for download.
Original uploaded photographs and logos are scheduled for deletion 45 days after upload. Working storyboards, previews and rejected renders are scheduled for deletion seven days after final approval. Final videos for one-time customers are retained for 90 days after delivery. Final videos for active multi-property customers are retained while the subscription remains active and for 14 days after cancellation or termination, unless an order form states otherwise.
You are responsible for downloading and backing up the final files before the retention period ends.
Refund requests may be evaluated automatically using the recorded payment, production, approval, technical-hold and customer-action history. The system may approve, deny, defer or route a request for exception review and will record the rule and evidence used for the decision.
A duplicate payment may be refunded automatically. A qualifying cancellation submitted before production begins may be approved, subject to applicable payment-processing costs and mandatory law. An unresolved technical failure may remain in recovery status for up to 10 business days before a refund becomes eligible.
A refund will generally be denied where production began and the customer merely changed preference, the customer supplied or approved inaccurate facts, submitted unsuitable media, requested work outside the purchased scope, or approved the final output. A denial does not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Cases that do not match a deterministic rule, contain conflicting evidence, involve suspected fraud, chargebacks, legal claims or unusual provider failures may be sent to admin@hestastudio.com for exception review.
After full payment, you may use the approved final output for lawful property marketing, including websites, social media, direct-booking campaigns and third-party listing platforms that permit the format. This right does not transfer ownership of Hesta Studio software, templates, workflow methods, models, systems or general design components.
Music, fonts, stock elements, generated media and third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licences. You are responsible for complying with the rules of each publishing platform.
Hesta Studio may invite you to authorize use of an approved final video in the Hesta Studio portfolio, social media, sales materials or a case study. If you provide that authorization, you grant Hesta Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display, reproduce and promote the approved final video, the property name and publicly available listing information for those purposes.
Customer testimonials, customer logos and non-public booking, revenue or performance results require separate express approval. Declining optional marketing use does not affect the purchased service. You must have the rights needed to grant any marketing licence covering submitted photographs or other third-party materials.
You may withdraw optional marketing authorization prospectively by contacting Hesta Studio. Hesta Studio will stop new use and remove the material from active digital campaigns within a reasonable period, but may retain internal records and archival copies required for legal or business records.
You may not use Hesta Studio to create unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, discriminatory, infringing, sexually exploitative or harmful content; misrepresent a property; impersonate another person; distribute malware; interfere with the service; reverse engineer protected systems; or access another customer’s account or content.
Hesta Studio may rely on categories of service providers that support payment processing, application hosting, private media storage, content delivery, email, analytics, security, customer support, music, automated processing and video rendering. Hesta Studio may change providers as the service develops. Current provider information may be made available where required by law, contract or a customer security review.
Third-party listing, booking and social platforms are independent from Hesta Studio. Hesta Studio does not control their availability, policies, technical requirements, licensing terms or content decisions.
Except where prohibited by law, Hesta Studio is provided on an “as available” basis. Hesta Studio does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, completion by a particular time, a specific increase in bookings or revenue, acceptance by a third-party platform, or that every automated output will be error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hesta Studio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, lost profits, lost bookings, reputational harm, lost data or third-party platform action.
For a one-time order, Hesta Studio’s aggregate liability arising from or relating to that order will not exceed the total fees actually paid for that specific order. For a subscription or recurring plan, Hesta Studio’s aggregate liability will not exceed the fees paid for the affected subscription during the 12 months immediately preceding the event that gave rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
You agree to defend and indemnify Hesta Studio against third-party claims arising from your submitted materials, inaccurate property claims, violation of law, infringement of rights, breach of these Terms or publication of an output after you approved it.
For a recurring or annual plan, cancellation stops the next renewal but does not cancel fees already due for the current committed term unless the applicable order form or mandatory law states otherwise. Access to create new campaigns continues through the paid term unless the account is suspended for non-payment, misuse or another material breach.
If an invoice is overdue, Hesta Studio may provide a seven-day payment grace period. After notice, Hesta Studio may suspend new campaign creation on the eighth day and suspend workspace access on the fifteenth day. Paying the outstanding amount may restore access, subject to technical availability and these Terms.
After cancellation or termination, completed portfolio videos remain available for download for 14 days and are then scheduled for deletion. Outstanding payment obligations, intellectual-property provisions, liability limitations and other provisions that by their nature should survive will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Vancouver, British Columbia will have jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law requires another forum or remedy.
Hesta Studio may update these Terms as the service changes. The updated version will show a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
