Who selects the image order?
Hesta Studio determines the primary image sequence, pacing, transitions and narrative flow. You may identify a clear sequencing or factual-accuracy problem, but the included revision is not a complete client-directed redesign.
What files can I upload?
JPG, JPEG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC and HEIF property photos are supported. Upload up to 20 photos, with a 25 MB maximum per photo and a 500 MB total project limit. Optional logos may be JPG, PNG or WEBP up to 10 MB.
What if I need a longer video?
Upgrade to the package covering your requested duration. Beyond three minutes, additional runtime is US$100 per 30 seconds, up to a five-minute standard maximum. Longer projects require a custom quote.
How long are my files kept?
Original uploads are deleted 45 days after upload. Working files are deleted seven days after final approval. One-time customer videos remain available for 90 days after delivery.
